3. AONB Management Plan Review
This paper provides members with some drafted material for the new Management Plan for comment.

4. LEADER update
This paper gives an update on the current round of LEADER, and recommends that the AONB Partnership pursue being a Local Action Group to deliver the next round of LEADER for the Shropshire Hills.

5. Proposal to establish a Charitable Incorporated Organisation link to the AONB Partnership
This paper considers the development of a charitable organisation linked to the Shropshire Hills AONB Partnership using a new legal structure. This would be flexible and able to take on a range of current and new activities centred around securing income from trading, donations, and funds open to the charitable sector, and spending this income to benefit the AONB through grants or direct delivery of projects.
