4. Public Question Time
To receive any questions, statements or petitions of which notice has been received from members of the public.
5. Local Access Forum Priorities
At the last meeting Members identified a list of priorities or projects for future consideration by this Forum. In addition, it was agreed that the Countryside Access Strategy be considered as one of the top priorities/projects. It is proposed that the following also be agreed for imminent consideration by this Forum:
Getting young people involved
Increasing the number of route leaflets for all interests, eg cycling, walking

6. Away Day - Visit to Plowden Hall
To agree the date of the Away Day to Plowden Hall to observe how a farm operates within an agricultural scheme. Suggested dates include weeks commencing 10th and 17th June, but excluding 15th, 21st and 22nd.
7. Outdoor Recreation User Survey
To raise awareness of the Outdoor Recreation User Survey, which will provide information on the usage and quality of our rights of way and parks and countryside sites This can be found via the following link:

8. National Local Access Forum Conference
To determine who will attend one of two National Local Access Forum Conferences which are scheduled to be held in Newcastle (28 Feb 2012) and Bristol (6 March 2012). Full details can be found on the Local Access Forum Yammer website, and have been copied to those not on email.
9. Shropshire Partnership - Standing Conference
To receive an oral report from Jane Morris on the Standing Conference which took place on the 1st December 2011 at the Lord Hill Hotel, Shrewsbury.
10. Regional Local Access Forum Conference - Worcester
Oral report from the Chairman.
