3. Public Question Time
To receive any questions, statements or petitions of which notice has been received from members of the public.
4. Disclosable Pecuniary Interests
Members are reminded that they must not participate in the discussion or voting on any matter in which they have a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest and should leave the room prior to the commencement of the debate.
5. Major Planning Applications and LAF Consultation
Stuart Thomas, Area Manager, Development Management, Shropshire Council will be in attendance and will talk about how the planning process works, and what action can be taken to ensure that this Local Access Forum will be consulted on major planning applications that could affect access.
6. Commons - clarity of access
Shona Butter, Mapping and Enforcement Team Leader, Shropshire Council, will be in attendance.

7. Penfold Report - Update
8. Mountain Biking on the Long Mynd
An update will be provided at the meeting on what is being done to avoid/minimise conflict with walkers and horseriders on the Long Mynd.
9. Walking Forums
Mick Dunn, Walking Coordinator, Shropshire Council, will be in attendance to provide an update on what is happening in Shropshire following meetings of the North, Central and South Walking Forums.
10. Countryside Access Strategy
Jim Stabler, Access Development Officer, Shropshire Council to provide an update.
11. Projects Update
Jim Stabler, Access Development Officer, Shropshire Council will provide a verbal update on the following:
• Paths for Communities
• Shropshire Way
• Sharing our Heritage
12. Feedback from other Forums and items for noting
