The Local Government Boundary Commission for England has granted consent for Council to make an Order to change the name of the Selattyn and Gobowen Division to the Gobowen, Selattyn and Weston Rhyn Division. To give effect to this decision the Council is reqired to pass the following resolution: RESOLVED: That in accordance with the powers contained in Section 59(4) Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007, the name of the Selattyn and Gobowen Division shall be changed to the Gobowen, Selattyn and Weston Rhyn Division; and That this change shall take effect once the Council has given the requisite notice to those bodies specified in Section 57(6) of that Act.
