Under the constitution parish/town council substitutes are allowed at meetings provided the represented body informs the Chair and Secretary three days prior to a meeting.Notice of any substitutions should be received by 10 July 2010.

3. Note
A note of the last meeting held on 24 May 2010 is attached.Arising theron:Affordable Housing (Item 6)Mr Malcolm Price, Cabinet Member for Housing, has stated with regard to the question raised at the last meeting about what will happen, if at some time in the future, affordable housing is not sold at a discount, that the sum of money would be ring fenced and re-used for the development of future affordable housing.

4. Youth Issues
A group of young people from Cross Houses Youth Club will showcase a short DVD made with 'The Hive' during their youth club sessions last term. They will also talk about the skills they gained from participatingin the project and what they gain from accessing the weekly youth provision in the Cross Houses area.
