7. Amendment to the Local Joint Committee Constitution - Scheme of Delegation
To agree the decision of Shropshire Council Members, at a meeting of Full Council on the 25th June 2011, to give delegated authority, with immediate effect, to the Community Action Officers, in consultation with the Local Joint Committee Chair (or Vice-Chair in their absence), to determine urgent and time sensitive matters.

8. Future Spending Priorities
Members of the Local Joint Committee may wish to give consideration to the identification of any future spending proprieties. The Burnell and Severn Valley Local Joint Committee’s budget (thus far) has been spent/distributed within the following areas: Community Buildings Structure 30%
Community Buildings equipment 33%
Sports facilities and equipment 14%
Young Peoples activities 11%
Older peoples projects 0.5%
Miscellaneous items * 12%
