4. Key Current Policing Issues - PACT (Partners and Communities Together)
The local policing team will introduce this item.
5. West Mercia Police Finances
Mr Michael Wood, a Member of the West Mercia Police Authority, will reply to a question raised by a member of the public at a previous meeting on the reason for yearly increases in council tax for West Mercia Police and how this money is spent.
6. Public Question Time and Identification of Future Agenda Items
Astley Abbotts Parish Council will ask the Local Joint Committee to consider if it could assist in asking BT to include all Bridgnorth telephone numbers in the Shropshire telephone directory instead of other local telephone directories.Members of the public will be able to ask questions and make suggestions for future agenda items.
7. Event Management - Traffic Management Arrangements
Mr Michael Hyatt, Lead Officer, will provide an update on traffic management arrangements for community events.

10. Bridgnorth, Worfield, Alveley and Claverley area
This will be an interactive session using maps to identify strengths and weaknesses of the areapotential and untapped assetsand identification of any trouble-spots.

Meetings will be held at 7.00 p.m. on the following dates:

Wednesday 3 March 2010Alveley Village Hall has been suggested as the venue for the December meeting.
