4. Knotweed along the River Severn (7.10 - 7.35 p.m.)
Mr Martin Fenn, of the Environment Agency, will give a presentation on knotweed with an opportunity for questions from the people attending the meeting.

5. Key Current Policing Issues - PACT (Partners and Communities Together) (7.35 - 7.55 p.m.)
The local policing team will introduce this item and there will be an opportunity for local people to ask about the issues concerning them.
6. Market Towns Revitalisation Programme (7.55 - 8.00 p.m.)

7. Update on Environmental Maintenance Quality of Life Programme (8.00 - 8.05 p.m.)

Five organisations in total have submitted bids requesting funding from both the Community Chest and the Larger Grant Scheme.

The next meeting will take place at 7.00 p.m. on Wednesday 9 February 2011 at Westgate, Bridgnorth.The deadline for receipt of grant applications to be considered at this meeting will be Monday 10 January 2011.
