A guidance note for Members on declaring personal and prejudicial interests will be available at the meeting.
5. Update from The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust
Representatives from the Hospital Trust will give a presentation on current issues. There will also be an opportunity to look at stalls showing a variety of health information (available in the village hall from 6.00 p.m. onwards).

7. Key Current Policing Issues - PACT (Partners and Communities Together)
The local policing team will introduce this item and there will be an opportunity for local people to ask about the issues concerning them.
8. Highways Issues
Alice Dilly an Graham Downes of the Environmental Maintenance Team, Highways South, Shropshire Council, will discuss local highways issues. There will be an opportunity for members of the public to ask questions.
9. Public Questions
Members of the public will be able to ask questions and make suggestions for future agenda items.
10. 2012/13 Finance Report, including Update on Funding Requests for Consideration
