To consider the adoption of the Local Joint Committee Constitution.

Mathew Mead, the Community Regeneration Officer for this Local Joint Committee, will give a verbal report.

Helena Williams from the Youth Support Service will give a verbal presentation.
10. Key Issues and Priorities for the Area
To determine the key issues and priorities for the area.
11. Allocation of Budget - Funding Priorities and Guidelines
To consider how the annual budget of £34,000 is to be used to meet the priorities for the area.
