5. Public Question Time
To receive any questions, statements or petitions of which notice has been received from members of the public.
6. Disclosabloe Pecuniary Interests
Members are reminded that they must not participate in the discussion or voting on any matter in which they have a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest and should leave the room prior to the commencement of the debate.
7. Plans for the walks to commemorate WW1 events
Mr Keith Pybus will address the meeting with regard to the five year series of walks planned to commemorate WW1 events.
8. Better Outcomes for Upland Commons
Mr Robert Morris, Natural England, will address the meeting on an upcoming project being undertaken by the National Centre for the Uplands (NCU) which will look at providing better outcomes for upland commons.
9. Shropshire Local Access Forum Constitution - Amendment
In response to a request from Shropshire Councillor Pauline Dee in her capacity as Local Commissioner for Brownies and Guides to become a member of this Shropshire Local Access Forum (SLAF), to agree an amendment to the SLAF Constitution to permit three Shropshire Councillors to become members of this Forum. The national regulations stipulate that:“The maximum number of members of a local access forum who may also be members of a district or county council or National Park authority for any part of the area of the forum is:
(a) In the case of a local access forum consisting of not more than 16 members, two, and
(b) In the case of a local access forum consisting of no fewer than 17 members, three.
Accordingly, in order to comply with the request, the membership of this SLAF should not fall below 17.
10. Draft Deregulation Bill
Shona Butter, Access Mapping & Enforcement Team Leader will be in attendance. See attached marked ‘10’.

11. Shropshire Council Update
Deb Hughes, Outdoor Recreation Manager, will provide a verbal update.
12. Dog Fouling - Outcome of the consultation
Shona Butter, Mapping and Enforcement Team Leader, will provide a verbal update.
13. Access for All Champion
An open discussion on the Access for All Champion proposal raised at the last meeting.
