Management Fee re Affordable Housing Contributions
It was recommended that the Portfolio Holder for Planning, Housing and Commissioning (Central) agrees to:
1) Allow the increase from 2% to 5%.
2) Allow the increase from the 14th Jan 2014 on all new applicable planning applications received from that date.
Reasons for decision:
To increase the contribution towards the collection, administration and management of the affordable housing contributions.
As per the recommendation in the officer report and set out above.
SUMMARY
The Portfolio Holder for Planning, Housing and Commissioning Central considered a report on a proposed increase in the administration fee for applications received from 14th January 2014.
