Community Infrastructure Levy Governance Arrangements for Spend
The Portfolio Holder agrees the adoption of these arrangements as the formal process to be adhered to when using CIL monies.

SUMMARY
The Portfolio Holder for Planning, Housing and Commissioning (Central) considered a report of the Head of Economic Growth and Prosperity which sought endorsement for the governance arrangements to manage the use of CIL monies.
