Purpose:
A revision has been made to the Extremely
Hazardous Routes Policy following an LGO review. The policy which
has not been revised since 2001 has now been updated in line with
statutory guidance. This revision will not affect the number of
pupils that are entitled to free home to school transport under
this policy nor does it have any financial impact for the
Council.

That Cabinet adopt the revised policy (Appendix A).
