The Portfolio Holder for Finance, Resources and Support presented a report by the Head of Finance, Governance and Assurance on the mid-year review of the Treasury Strategy 2014/2015 which had been prepared in compliance with CIPFA’s Code of Practice on Treasury Management 2011.

(a)  That the position set out in the report of the Head of Finance, Governance and Assurance be accepted.

(b)  That it be noted that any capital schemes brought forward that would impact on the current strategy would need to be approved by Council.
