The Portfolio Holder for Children’s Services presented a report by the Director of Children’s Services on the Shropshire Schools Funding formula for 2015/2016.  The Schools Forum had led on drawing together the funding formula for Shropshire maintained schools and academies for the financial year 2015/2016.  The wider school community of Shropshire had been consulted on the proposed funding formula during the early Autumn.

That the recommendation of the Shropshire Schools Forum on the funding formula for Shropshire schools for the financial year 2015/2016 be ratified, as required by the Dedicated Schools Grant financial regulations and conditions of grant.
