45.1The Committee received the report of the Head of Finance, Governance and Assurance (Section 151 Officer) – copy attached to the signed Minutes – which sought approval to the Code which had been refreshed following publication of a new governance framework for local authorities, police and fire authorities in April 2016 for application for the 2016/17 year.
45.2 RESOLVED:
That Cabinet be recommended to approve the revised Code of Corporate Governance contained in Appendix A to the report.
