The Leader and Portfolio Holder for Strategy, Financial Strategy, Budget and Business Plan presented a report from the Head of Finance, Governance and Assurance [s151 Officer] that outlined the treasury management activities of the Council in the last quarter. It also highlighted the economic environment in which the treasury management decisions had been made and provided an update on the internal treasury team’s performance.
