RESOLVED:
That the proposed Better Regulation and Enforcement Policy, as detailed in Appendix A to the report, be adopted with effect from 1st September 2018.
Minutes:
The Portfolio Holder for Communities, Waste and Regulatory Services presented a report from the Director of Public Health on the proposed Better Regulation and Enforcement Policy that had been the subject of an eight-week consultation period to which one single comment in support of the Policy had been received.
RESOLVED:
That the proposed Better Regulation and Enforcement Policy, as detailed in Appendix A to the report, be adopted with effect from 1st September 2018.
