To approve adoption of the Oswestry Shop Front Design Guide: Standing Pre-Application Advice Note (Appendix 2) to provide guidance on application of Local Plan policies and form a material consideration in the planning application process.
Minutes:
The Portfolio Holder for Planning and Regulatory Services introduced the report which sought approval for Shropshire Council to adopt the final draft of the Oswestry Shop Front Design Guide: Standing Pre-Application Advice Note so that it forms a material consideration when taking planning decisions.

To approve adoption of the Oswestry Shop Front Design Guide: Standing Pre-Application Advice Note (Appendix 2) to provide guidance on application of Local Plan policies and form a material consideration in the planning application process.
