Note:  Portfolio Holder Decision Making Sessions are not open to the public. (a)  That approval be given to an increase from 2% to 5% on all relevant S106 agreements that provided a cash sum.

(b)  That the increase be approved from Monday, 2^nd February 2015 on all new applicable planning applications received from that date.

Reason:

To increase the contribution towards the collection, administration and management of the S106 contributions.
