That the Council’s new Asset Management Strategy be approved.

98.1 The Portfolio Holder for Finance, Resources and Support presented a report by the Head of Commercial Services – copy attached to the signed minutes – on a proposed new Asset Management Strategy for the Council in order to provide clear principles, ethos and goals for the authority in the management of its property including land and buildings.
98.2 RESOLVED:
That the Council’s new Asset Management Strategy be approved.
