To elect a Chairman of the Sub-Committee

RESOLVED:

That Councillor K. Roberts be elected Chairman for the ensuing year.

To receive apologies for absence.

An apology for absence was received from Councillor V. Bushell.  

To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Sub-Committee.

That Councillor A. Davies be appointed Vice-Chairman for the ensuing year.

The Chairman explained that the Members had taken legal advice and as the Licence Holder was not present they had taken the decision to defer the item to the next scheduled meeting to allow the Licence Holder opportunity to attend the meeting.
