Resolution to become Highley and Chelmarsh Local Joint Committee To vote to recommend to the Shropshire Council Cabinet - that in line with the Place Plan, and following the proposed disbandment of the Brown Clee zoned LJC, Chelmarsh becomes part of Highley Local Joint Committee, and from now on will be known as Highley and Chelmarsh Local Joint Committee. (Highley LJC reps only to vote) |

Resolution to co-opt Chris Reeves (Severn Centre Manager) To vote to include Chris Reeves as a co-opted member of the LJC Committee to broaden the scope of the committee. Co-optees are currently not able to vote under the current constitution. (Highley LJC reps only to vote). |
