Decision:
It is the decision of the Licensing Act Sub-Committee, following the hearing held on 16 February 2023 to grant the full variation to the premises licence for the Community Pavilion, Llanfair Waterdine, Shropshire, LD7 2TU subject to additional conditions being added to the Premises Licence by the Sub Committee for the following hours:

Friday and Saturday 08:00 – 00:00
Supply of Alcohol (Both on and Off Sales)
Sunday to Thursday 12:00 – 22:30
