It is the decision of the Licensing Act Sub-Committee, following the hearing held on 7th January

2026 to grant the premises licence for the premises Mikeys’s, 4 Delph Side, Broseley, Shropshire, TF12 5EP subject to additional conditions being added to the premises licence for the promotion of the four licencing objectives, in particular the prevention of public nuisance.
