The Portfolio Holder for Planning, Housing and Commissioning (Central) considered a report by the Head of Public Protection on a proposal by South Shropshire Housing Association to change its Rules in order to adopt new Association Rules, reflecting and taking into account of changes to the National Housing Federation Model Rules in 2011.  The Council’s consent was required to allow changes in the specific clause in SSHA’s Rule regarding Council nominees to the SSHA Board.
