The Portfolio Holder for Performance presented a report by the Performance Manager on the Council’s Quarter 2 Performance for 2014/15.  The report had been prepared based on the new performance management framework and reporting methodology.  This had been developed following work with the Portfolio Holders and Scrutiny members during the Performance Management Rapid Action Group in January/February 2014.
