Cabinet considered an exempt report by the Director of Adult Services on the outcome of the procurement process undertaken and the bids received in response to the opportunity to manage the Council’s residential home for adults with learning disabilities at Kempsfield, in Shrewsbury and to redevelop it into supported living accommodation.
