The Asset Management and Estates Teams manage our property portfolio under the following headings.
Valuation and property management
Our estates surveyors give advice to the council on all property and estates management issues, including properties for sale and to let. If you're looking for council land, or property to buy, we're the team to contact.
Business and light industrial units
If you want somewhere from which to run a small business, we manage and let small units on estates around the county.
Gypsy liaison
Want to know about services available to gypsies? We're responsible for the day-to-day management of the three gypsy sites in Shropshire, with a fourth being leased to private management.
Smallholdings
We manage a small number of smallholdings and cottages, which, together with grazing land, total approximately 624 hectares (approximately 1542 acres).
Property information
We manage property data and land ownership records and can tell you if we own land.
Property review
We review property which helps achieve our aims and objectives.
