By having a plan and ensuring that everyone is familiar with it, you can minimise the disruption that you suffer and help ensure everyone’s safety should a flood occur.

Once complete, you should keep your flood action plan somewhere that everyone can see it. Anyone from your household will then be able to put it into action when it’s needed.
