The Health Protection Team welcomes information and concerns made about food businesses in Shropshire. Please contact us with as much information as possible concerning the nature of the complaint.

Please note, in order to pursue your enquiry all requested information must be provided.  Anonymous complaints or complaints shared on social media will not be considered. This information will however be used in accordance with our intelligence led procedures.

You can make a complaint either using the Food Standards Agency website or report the matter directly to Shropshire Council by filling in the attached form and returning it to food@shropshire.gov.uk

The team may then request further information before the matter will be considered.
