Location

Aston Street, Isherwoods Road, Railway Station car park access road, Wem

Background

The reasons for the proposed changes to the parking restrictions in Wem are to provide additional on-street parking for residents and visitors, and to formalise the parking restrictions that have been introduced due to the construction of the new junction for Isherwoods Way.

The changes to the parking restrictions in the locations named within this Order will help avoid danger by providing safer parking, improved visibility, and access for pedestrians, cyclists and motorists wishing to use the roads.  It will also improve the amenities of the area through which the roads run.
