Notice is given that Shropshire Council has received submission of the Draft Broseley Neighbourhood Plan from Broseley Town Council, under Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012. This submission includes:

A submission letter;
The Draft of the Broseley Neighbourhood Plan – which also explains the extent of the area covered by the Neighbourhood Plan. Specifically it aligns with the administrative area of Broseley Town Council a map (page 5 of the draft document) of the Town Council Boundary;
The Basic Conditions Statement;
The Consultation Statement;
The Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Screening Assessment;
The Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA) Screening Assessment; and
The Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA) Appropriate Assessment.

As such, Shropshire Council will now consult on the Draft Broseley Neighbourhood Plan and its supporting documents in accordance with Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012. This consultation will run from 23rd July 2021 to 17th September 2021. Representations must be received by Shropshire Council no later than 5pm on Friday 17th September 2021. Any representations may include a request to be notified of Shropshire Council’s eventual decision under Regulation 19 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 in relation to the Draft Broseley Neighbourhood Plan.
