The local authority, in partnership with Bishops Castle Primary School and Crowgate Child Centre, are looking to understand if there is a need for childcare provision for children under the age of two within the local community with a view to improving the provision that is available. We are keen to hear directly from parents and families who may have needed to use childcare in the recent past or those who may be needing to do so in the near future.

The following survey should only take around 5 minutes to complete and is designed to give us some general overall information in relation to the possible need for childcare places for children below the age of two. All individual responses will be treated in the strictest confidence although the overall outcomes will be shared across the three organisations.

If you have an interest in the wider availability of childcare then you may also want to find out more about the forthcoming increase in free childcare for some three and four year olds and the Shropshire Childcare Sufficiency survey, available via the related links on this page.
