The purpose behind the proposed restrictions is to alleviate traffic congestion and improve road safety in the vicinity of busy road junctions.

THE SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL

(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2009 (VARIOUS ROADS, CLEOBURY MORTIMER) (AMENDMENT) ORDER

Shropshire Council proposes to place No Waiting At Any Time restrictions on the following sides of roads in Cleobury Mortimer:

Part of Vaughan Road (both sides)

From the junction with the main A4117 Ludlow Road for a distance of 90m in a southerly direction, to the junction with Betjeman Way.

Part of Vaughan Road (both sides)

From the junction on the east side of the part of Vaughan Road referred to above for a distance of 19m in an easterly direction. 

Lea View (both sides)

From the junction with Catherton Road for a distance of 28m in a south-westerly direction.

Catherton Road (south-west side)

From a point 18m south-east of the junction with Lea View to a point 18m north-west of the junction with Lea View.
