The introduction of limited waiting bays on Highley High Street will provide shoppers with sufficient time to park and shop and allow a constant change of vehicles, improving the amenities in the area. The extension of the existing waiting restrictions in Highley will protect access to the existing parking areas, and improve the amenities in the area. |

THE SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL
(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2009 (HIGH STREET AND CORONATION STREET, HIGHLEY) (AMENDMENT) ORDER
Shropshire Council proposes to make the following changes to parking restrictions on High Street and Coronation Street in Highley:
No Waiting at any time
Coronation Street |
From its junction with High Street for 38 metres in a north easterly direction. |

From its junction with High Street for 21 metres in a north easterly direction. |

40 Minutes No Return Within 2 Hours

Between a point 6 metres south of Orchard Street and a point 11 metres north of Barke Street |

Any existing restrictions at the above locations will be revoked.
