Title of scheme |
Oswestry – Church Street Area – One Way Traffic |
Description |
The proposed one-way restriction will facilitate a reshaping of the physical public realm and traffic management arrangements within Oswestry town centre, allowing opening up of additional public space and promoting pedestrian safety and movement. The above aims to provide both improved safety for all road users, and a better quality of life and environment for the local community. A 20mph speed limit is also proposed, as well as experimental changes to the waiting and loading restrictions on Church Street. These are covered by separate Traffic Regulation Orders. |
