The proposed parking restrictions in the locations named within this Order will help avoid danger by providing safer parking and improved visibility, improved flow of traffic, and access for pedestrians, cyclists and motorists wishing to use the roads and improve the amenities of the area through which the roads run.

Locations 

Ebnal Road, Huxley Close, London Road, New College Road, and Wenlock Road – Shrewsbury

(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2009 (VARIOUS ROADS, SHREWSBURY) (AMENDMENT) ORDER

Shropshire Council proposes to introduce the following parking restrictions in Shrewsbury:

Restriction of Waiting between Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm

Ebnal Road Between its junction with London Road and its junction with Wenlock Road
London Road
Service Road
The whole length
Wenlock Road
Service Road

Between its junction with Wenlock Road and its junction with Ebnal Road
Wenlock Road Service Road

The whole length that extends in a north-westerly direction from its junction with Ebnal Road

From its junction with New College Road in a north-westerly direction to a point in line with the southern boundary of 151 Wenlock Road

No stopping at any time on School Keep Clear markings

From a point in line with the northern boundary of Mereside Primary School for a distance of 43.56m in a south-easterly direction

Any existing restrictions at the above locations will be revoked.
