The introduction of a 20mph speed limit along C2066 Lowe Hill Road, U2324 Pyms Road and a number of their adjoining streets is proposed to improve road safety outside The Thomas Adams School.

THE SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL (DISTRICT OF NORTH SHROPSHIRE) (SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2007 (AMENDMENT) ORDER

Shropshire Council proposes to introduce the following speed limits into Wem:

20mph Speed Limit

C2066 Lowe Hill Road

Commencing from its junction with B5063 Ellesmere Road / B5063 Lowe Hill Road to a point 84-metres north from its junction with U2324 Pyms Road.

U2307 Bowens Field

Whole length.

U2309 Bailey Close

Whole length.

U2311 Butler Road

Whole length.

U2312 Davies Drive

Whole length.

U2313 Lowe Hill Gardens

Whole length.

U2324 Pyms Road

Commencing from its junction with C2066 Lowe Hill Road to a point located 27-metres in a westerly direction from its junction with U2303 Wemsbrook Road.

U2936 Cedar Grove

Whole length.

Any existing speed limits at the above locations will be revoked.
