The Employment Land Review (ELR) forms an important part of Shropshire Council's Local Development Framework (LDF) evidence base, especially the emerging Site Allocations and Management of Development Plan (SAMDev).

The ELR assesses the demand for and supply of employment land and premises up to 2026. The review includes an assessment of the local economy and property market, a review of current employment land and the identification and appraisal of potential new employment sites which could meet Shropshire's long term needs.
