Schools play a vital role in the urgent battle against climate change. There is no better way of teaching the next generation then ensuring the buildings in which they're learning are transformed from part of the problem to part of the solution. Shropshire as a county aims to decarbonise all sectors by the end of this decade. This can't be done without normalising energy efficiency in schools and decarbonising transport at the same time.

We'll briefly go over display energy certificates, and the funding and delivery options to help decarbonise your school. There will be an opportunity for Q&As around the SALIX Low Carbon Skills Fund and Public Sector Decarbonisation Fund. We'll explain in brief the Heat Decarbonisation Plan (HDP); this document will help you apply for national funding.
