What's next for MyShropshire?
We have a long plan of works for MyShropshire, with many new services set to be offered online through this single account.
It’s worth explaining that when we move a service online, we also look to re-design how it is offered, ensuring residents and businesses get maximum value from us as a Local Authority.
Our next step is to tie up other existing systems, so your MyShropshire account will be the only one you will need regardless if you are checking your council tax or requesting a bulky waste collection.
We’re also working with other organisations to support them with their digital needs, and pass on the benefits to you. This would make MyShropshire a one-stop-shop for your Shropshire needs, council or otherwise.
