Building control inspections

To arrange a site visit, simply contact us before 3pm using the details on this page.

Please note - We normally require five days’ notice for completion inspections as we are experiencing an unprecedented demand for the service.

To assist us with booking your inspection, please try and quote the following:

• Application reference number
• Site address
• Builders name and preferred contact phone number
• Type of inspection required

Upon receipt of your inspection request our surveyor will contact you to discuss and agree a time for the inspection.
