The meetings are an ideal opportunity for private sector landlords to build useful relationships with local authority officers, keep up to date with legislation, hear the latest NRLA news, listen to guest speakers talk on current issues, and have a chance to network with other like-minded landlords.

It's not a requirement to be a member of the NRLA to attend.

Topics recently covered included tenant rent help, fuel efficiency, tenancy agreements, health and safety items, student accommodation, condensation problems and legislative changes.
