Anyone can make a referral to the PFA team via our First Point of Contact service. Please call 0345 678 9044. If you're working with other services, eg children’s social care, they may make the referral for you.  

When you call First Point of Contact, they'll ask you to share some information about the person you're referring. First Point of Contact will then pass your referral to the PFA team. Someone from the team will get in touch will you to let you know who your worker will be and what will happen next.
